For over a decade, Dananjaya Hettiarachchi helped global organizations build learning interventions that produce high-performance teams as a Human Resource Development Specialist.
Halfway through his professional career, he discovered my passion for being in front of an audience. So he quit my full-time job and embarked on a journey to master the Art and Science of Communication and Public Speaking.
In 2014, after 10 years effort, he was able to win the Toastmasters World Championship of Public speaking, Surpassing 33,000 contestants from across the globe. He was the first Non-Native English speaker representing Asia to win the world’s largest Public Speaking Contest in its 75-year History.
Being able to put theory into practice, Today, he combines deep personal insights in adult learning with a passion for public speaking.
