D99 is organizing an online leadership training for Club Officers and all Toastmasters looking to advance their leadership journey.

The District Leadership team invites you to attend this upcoming online leadership training session. This is designed to equip you with the strategy, tools, and resources to help you finish your term strong so that you can leave a lasting impression.

Leading your club during this pandemic crisis has been a roller coaster. However, there are silver lining opportunities you could leverage to take control of and focus on what is within reach for finishing your term strong. These times also present emerging growth opportunities that you can use to advance in your leadership journey.

This is the reason the theme for this training is tagged “Finishing Strong” Club officers who want to finish their term strong and all Toastmasters aspiring to take their leadership to the next level should not miss this upcoming session. Future-focused leaders have an opportunity to rise to the occasion and adopt a growth mindset so as to proactively leverage emerging opportunities.

Register today, and invite someone who needs to step out of their comfort zone to a new path of what the new normal has to offer when it comes to leadership in the era of disruption.

The day will start off with a keynote on how to advance our leadership and forge ahead personally and professionally in this new normal of digital and pandemic disruption. It will provide insight on how to apply these principles to achieving club success in the face of adversity.

It’s contest season already but the spring contest this year is happening during a new normal. In addition to the club officer breakout sessions, training will be rolled out to help those who will be required to organize, compete and judge in the contests that will have to be conducted online at the Area, Division, and District levels.

  • All elected club officers for the 2020-2021 program year
  • All elected club officers for the 2020-2021 program year
  • All Toastmasters that are looking to advance their leadership journey despite what the new normal means for 2021
  • All Toastmasters who are ready to jump out of their comfort zone and step into a new leadership role in the new Toastmaster year starting July 1, 2021.

This event is eligible for 2 Professional Development Units (PDUs) to apply towards your professional designation status maintenance
