District 99 is holding an Online (virtual) Fall District Council meeting on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM MDT. Note: The Zoom platform will open at 9:30 AM MDT. (See meeting link/details below).
The primary business to be discussed at this meeting is the proposed District 99 Budget for the 2022-23 program year.
As a District 99 Club President, Club VP of Education, Area Director, Division Director or a District 99 Senior Executive, your attendance at this meeting is extremely important.
Your vote as a District 99 Club Leader at this meeting is the voice of the members you represent and it needs to be heard. In addition, a quorum is required in order to complete District 99 business at this meeting.
Ballots will be emailed to all eligible voters at the beginning of the business meeting. Ballots can be exercised by 5:00 pm Sunday. Results will be posted on the District 99 website after voting concludes.
Note: There are no proxies as per Toastmasters International policy.
