The class provides the opportunity to learn general group facilitation techniques, which you can apply in your career/volunteer position and/or join the District 99 Toastmasters – Education and Development Team – see details on website.
If you have to train employees or volunteers, the class will give participants the skills to structure a workshop that keeps people engaged and learning. Plus learn how to manage tricky participants like the ‘know it all’ or the ‘class clown’.
