This group conducts the business of the District between council meetings\, ensuring progress toward the District Mission and Success Plan. \nDistrict CouncilThe District Council is the District’s governing body\, comprising the DEC\, all Club Presidents\, and Vice Presidents-Education. Council members vote on key decisions such as the District budget\, officer elections\, and major policy items that guide the District’s direction.
