2023 Fall Council Meeting

District 99’s 2023 Fall Virtual Council Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 30th, 2022 at 10:00 AM MDT via an online Zoom meeting. The platform will open at 9.30 am MDT.

The District Council conducts the vital business of the district twice a year.

The District Council includes the District Executive Committee (DEC) members, Club Presidents, and Vice Presidents Education. DEC members include the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, District Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and Immediate Past District Director. Apart from these leadership roles, other individuals invited by the District Director and have specific business before the Council may attend Council meeting.

Voting will be by electronic ballot. There are no proxies per Toastmasters International policy. All members of District Council will receive a ballot the morning of the council meeting and will have till 6:00 pm September 30th, 2023, to exercise their ballot. Voting is completed by clicking on the link and selecting choices. Results will be announced on Sunday, October 30th on this page.
