Hello Fellow Toastmasters,

I am excited to be the first Training Team facilitator for Division E!

A little about my background:

I am currently a member of Living Skies Advanced (2016) and Talk of the Square Toastmasters Club (2014). I was also a member of a Toastmaster’s club in Trail, BC, in the late 1990s.

In December 2016, I completed my Masters of Education in Adult Teaching and Curriculum Studies with the University of Saskatchewan. Since 2013, I have been teaching at Great Plains College, a Saskatchewan Regional College in Warman, where I work teaching the Administrative Assistant Program to adult students.

Previous to teaching, I received a Business Administration Diploma (2008) and Office Administration Certificate (2007) from Academy of Learning in Swan River, MB. And previous to that, I completed my Red Seal Journeyperson Cooking Certificate in 1994 at Vancouver Community College. Thus began a love of the culinary arts that led me to purchase a bakery in Rossland, BC, in early 2000. I operated the small bakery & deli, Penny’s Baking Company, for three years before moving back to the Prairies.

Given my varied background and Toastmaster’s leadership skills, I know The Training Team can create a unique and priceless opportunity to grow and learn together. We would love to have you on board and assist you in reaching your personal & professional growth goals.
