KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:

Friday Opening Workshop
At the heart behind POWERFUL PLAY EXPERIENCES, Robert has built something truly special, creating spaces where people are given permission to reconnect, laugh, and most importantly, be human again.
In a world where business and work can feel heavy, structured, and transactional, Robert reminds us that connection starts with something much simpler: play, conversation, and energy.
His work is not just about fun, although there is plenty of that. It is about opening the door to real conversations, building trust, and supporting mental wellness in a way that feels natural, safe, and engaging, where kind and respectful relationships are the foundation of everything.
Robert does not just facilitate play-based learning workshop experiences. He creates experiences where people feel seen, heard, and connected. And that matters now more than ever, with a little more joy, a little more laughter, and a whole lot of play.

Saturday Luncheon Keynote: The Spy Who Said “Not Yet”
Description: What if the secret to confidence, connection, and courage isn’t perfection but the words “not yet”? In this interactive keynote, Frisbee Rob invites Toastmasters to step into the role of secret agents on a mission to build emotional intelligence, embrace awkward moments, and turn hesitation into experimentation. Through stories, laughter, and fast-paced table activities, participants will meet new allies, share real experiences, and discover how vulnerability and curiosity unlock stronger communication and deeper trust.
Key Takeaways: Participants will learn how the simple phrase “not yet” can unlock growth and confidence, how emotional intelligence builds trust and connection, and why sharing honest stories helps people relate more quickly. They will see how awkward moments can become powerful learning experiences, discover simple ways to build rapport with new people, and experience how movement and interaction change the energy in a room. Most importantly, they will leave with a mission mindset: stay curious, try boldly, and keep learning.
