This workshop session will:
• Introduce any new Contest changes and rules for Pathways and Zoom
• Study the Contest Purpose and Judging Responsibilities
• Discuss the Judges Qualities and Barriers
• Review Judging Forms and Briefing
• Share and Discuss Contest Rules, Tips and Strategies

Joyce has been an integral member of Waters Edge club since 2011, leading in various ways by taking on Executive positions such as Club Secretary, VP Education, President, Sergeant at Arms and VP of Public Relations.

Joyce took on the role of Area A1 Director for 2020 – 2021 a new challenge during her first year of retirement. 2022–2023 she stepped up to be district chief judge as judging is something she excels at. Joyce found that Toastmasters has helped build her confidence, speaking & leadership skills.
