Region Advisors are volunteer leaders appointed by Toastmasters International to support District Trios (District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director). They provide coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance to help District leaders succeed in membership growth, club quality, and leadership development. Region Advisors draw on their experience as past senior District officers to share best practices and help Districts achieve the District Mission.
For the 2025–2026 program year, our Region 3 Advisor is Dan Arbuckle, DTM. Dan is a seasoned leader from California who has served in numerous District and club roles, bringing a wealth of experience in coaching leaders and supporting District success.
