The Finance Manager is the District’s financial steward, responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting all income and expenses. This role ensures that District 99 utilizes its funds wisely, stays within budget, and adheres to Toastmasters International’s financial policies.
However, beyond spreadsheets, the Finance Manager serves as a trusted advisor, helping the leadership team make informed decisions that empower clubs and support their members.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage the District budget in collaboration with the Trio
- Track and report income and expenses monthly and quarterly
- Reconcile financial statements using Toastmasters International systems
- Assist with District purchases, reimbursements, and policy compliance
- Submit required reports on time to Toastmasters International and the District Executive Committee
- Support transparency and accountability through clear financial documentation
