Newsletters
Newsletters will be created and distributed using the District electronic mail system. This system allows for members to receive consistently formatted content of general interest. There should be a concerted effort to minimize the number of communications sent to avoid overwhelming and annoying the membership and club executives.
Web Site
Web site is located at https://d99tm.org and is to be used as a primary communication conduit for the membership and the general public. The site will be used to communicate:
- Static pages used to share information of a permanent nature (i.e. this document)
- Posts used to share current news.
- Events used to share information about events of interest the membership.
Social Media
The District will maintain a presence on social media and the public relations manager will ensure a consistent use of these channels to communicate with the membership of the district. The following is a list of social media sites used. These should be used as a supplement to information published on the web site. Any posts should refer the reader back to the d99tm.org web site for more detailed information.
