Renewal season is here—a chance to pause, celebrate the progress you’ve made, and look ahead to the goals you’ll achieve in the months to come. Whether you’ve been with your club for years or just a few months, renewing your membership means keeping your momentum and staying connected to the supportive environment that helps you grow.

Key Renewal Details:

  • Toastmasters International dues: $60 USD (plus GST) per member*

  • Deadline: October 1, 2025

  • Contest eligibility: You must have paid your dues before the start of the contest to participate

  • Voting eligibility: Your club must be in good standing for your President and VPE to vote at the District Council meeting

*Note: Some clubs charge a local fee in addition to the Toastmasters International dues. Confirm your total fees with your Club VP-Membership or Treasurer.

Tips for a Strong Renewal Season:

  • Reflect on your “why”: Think about what brought you to Toastmasters and how the experience has shaped you.

  • Share your story: At your next meeting, try Table Topics® questions like “Why did you join our club?” or “What’s one skill you’ve gained in Toastmasters?”

  • Reconnect: Haven’t attended in a while? Now’s the perfect time to re-engage—you’ll be warmly welcomed back.

  • Celebrate growth: Congratulate your fellow members on their progress and encourage each other’s goals.

How to Renew:
Log in to your Toastmasters account and look for the “Pay Dues” card in the From the Organization to You section of My Home.
